How does the online partnership?
someone I know Myspace was offered a partnership on its Web site. I will deal certain aspects of it in return for a percentage of revenue generated by ads (Google AdSense). my question is, is it an online agreement which binds both parties to their duties? or is it built entirely on trust? or can I at least see the return adsense?
You can write an agreement setting out what you do and what it will do and how money from the sale will be shared. The only other thing to do is to ensure there is accountability for the funds that you can check both at random and a method for each of you to be paid from the proceeds. Ask yourself these questions, as if what if there are refunds, or someone does not pay like they are supposed to, or if …. You get the idea.
