Can anyone recommend that I can serve ads to promote products for commissions or affiliate click-throughs

On www.RatingHQ.com our site, I'm looking for some other source of food products, or auto-fill announcement, Google AdSense is a perfect example of 'Type' because it derives keywords of the page and tries to serve an ad based on relevance. Now if I had a list of products that did this, or any other sources of advertisements that could earn us some extra revenue based on the relevance of the page, we would be in better shape, just trying to research, and if there is a term "for this type of advertising, I have not yet found, or I might be able to find a better on the web this.
