Is this a video game review blog is monetized "fair use"?
Hello, I decided to start a video games blog in which I want your opinion, the outline of a post basic info on games, products, events and things like the news of gaming community. Now, my question is: since I am using this for preview review and comment, would fall under the fair "Use" doctrine, although I had to use Google AdSense and affiliate marketing? Until I show images that are not in the original format or scanned from the actual product and write my own information, would this be protected under fair use or "rule de minimis?
Yes. Make sure that everything is presented under the fair use policy in the header and the pages of journals.
