Google AdSense question, really, it is urgent please help me?

Dears, I have a website for iPhone applications which offers applications cracked for iphone, but I'm not accommodate the requests, I am pointing to them on 4shared or other accommodations files. Can I add Google AdSense to them? or they will sue me? Please let me know?

Chances are they a custom view, Internet is a big city, if they do they will most likely send you a notice to remove it and if you have nothing else happens, if they do further, you could probably get away with using the loophole that was not hosted on your stuff, but still legal page costs money. Ultimately you probably do not have to worry about it but if you want to play super safe, then just not display there's always a chance they could bring their anger to make an example, but more likely you would get a notice to remove it before else. Just decide if you want to play safe.
