how do i paste the google adsense code?
my host does not support javascript and most webhosts that i conatcted do not accept javascript.

Google Adsense only works with the Javascript code they provide you — and calling them will not do you any good.
You cannot modify the code, as that is against the Program Policies and doing so will result in your termination from the program
I do not know what webhosts you are contacting, but I suppose you are contacting the cheapo web hosting,. As they say, you get what you pay for. I’m just surprised that you cannot find a web host that you will pay fees every month that cannot even support a Javascript. Those are the types of web hosts that you should avoid at all costs — as they are totally worthless
There are inexpensive web hosting that support Javascript. Hostway http://www.hostway.com/web-hosting/index.html for example has $13.95/mo plan and I know they support Javascript as I have been with them for a long time and used Adsense since June 2003
