What is the easiest SEO / AdSense user-friendly web publishing solution?
I own a dozen keywords rich domains I would like to start the incubation for the future development while also hoping to earn a small income from AdSense banners during the process. I some graphic design and writing, so to come with the content I need not be a problem for me too. The problem is that when it comes web authoring, I am a novice. I looked WorpPress, Joomla, FrontPage and Dreamweaver, but they all seem to require a nice learning curve important. So what is the fastest way and for a novice like me to publish a quick, attractive, SEO / AdSense friendly mini-site?
