Freelance Programming the income I do not want to disturb my green card processing in any way. Is it true that I can not file a 1099-MISC or Form W-2G in my tax return. Even the game asks me to win one of these files. I have no income from these to but this came very close to claiming a contest win. I intend to invest in silver. In U.S. residents (which you are since you are living here and paying tax) allow you to participate in any contest / lotto / lottery. You are allowed to invest or start a business in the United States. Again, you must comply with appropriate laws and regulations. But you're not allow to work everyone (including your own business), but the company filed H1b for you. We need to have someone to work for your business or run eBay listing purposes. They are hiring others to work for their company. … Well run businesses are also some types work, even you hire someone to work for you.
