Moving wordpress site?

Recently, I wanted to update my website and thought by moving to WordPress platform is ideal because it is mainly based on PHP Publishing website displaying articles and directories. Is this a good idea? I not know how this will affect my links page in progress (as I suppose I need to convert to permalinks?). I do not know how I'll be flexible with each of my pages and AdSense. Are there tutorials on the web for webmasters interested in migrating their websites to a platform wp or is there someone who has done this before? Any advice would be appreciated.

I did it once with a site that has no traffic. Hated, and he returned a website regularly. If this particular site was not so great, I go back to WordPress in a heartbeat. Depending on the size of your site it could be a huge job. What I suggest you do is to install wordpress in a folder, folder password protect and maintain the robots. Find a theme you like, play with it tweaking, put ads on this whatsoever. Add your content to it. With the newer wordpress you can match the links to what you have now. (I moved a friend from a blogger blog to a blog regularly and did not even need to touch the database, due to the extension that I gave to correspond to blogger.) It really is not difficult (Unless you have a huge site, so I would say fuggedaboutit! Otherwise, as your pages are not regular PHP, you can install wordpress in the pages directory root, and move (the corresponding to the URL you are currently using) one at a time, and delete the old page.
