What SpeedPPC and what can do for me.

SpeedPPC takes your list of key phrases (Google calls them keywords) and you can multiply into additional combinations, eg "dentist" can be combined with a list of suburbs, eg "dentist" Richmond, Kew "dentist" and so on. This known as basic "dual" method. You can specify different bids for Exact, Phrase and Broad Match.
