Best book for Google Adwords beginner?
My nonprofit has recently obtained a Google Adwords Grants $ 25k and I want to learn the basics on how to effectively use Adwords. I much prefer simple, practical rather than theoretical, and of course, the most up to date, better. Any recommendations?
Google AdWords changes so fast that it is difficult to find a book in progress on this issue … That said, I recommend first reading the classic "Mastering Search Advertising" by Richard Stokes and then check out "Ultimate Guide to Google AdWords by Perry Marshall and Bryan Todd. Since you want to "master" the subject, you should consider "Advanced Web Metrics with Google Analytics by Brian Clifton. You need to measure all to improve everything.
