How do I transfer the ad tracking code to a URL to another when they click on a link to my 2nd site?

I use Google Adwords and my tracking code is it? S1 = google. This area A is forwarded to my 1st website domain B. Now, people click a link that leads to my 2nd Site Area C. How do I get the transfer code for the C domain can read?
