Can I still apply to be a youtube partner if I am banned from Google Adsense?
I was banned from Adsense for about a year ….. Can I be a partner of YouTube?
You may apply, but will probably not be accepted. Since you have experience evil they probably will not give you benefits as a being a partner YouTube. But you can try.
