Average Adsense Click
adsense clicks??? not showing
I am wondering if I should email the adsense people. I have average 20 hits per day but not one click.. I tested at work with 1 click and it doesn’t show up.
I am wondering how to get clicks to show up.. Last month I earned 1.42 by now I should have way more than that I would think. I am testing with another blog on mustangs as well as this blog but haven’t had much response to the mustang blog.
any ideas?
additionally does anyone know how quickly the clicks show up… maybe I am not patient enough.
Adsense clicks are not really real time, but they do show up at the end of the day. There are days when updating stops and they’ll have a click dump at the end of the day
In your case, it may be because the clicks are not valid — as you say so yourself, you clicked on the ad. Adsense has a way of determining fraudulent clicks, such as those where you clicked on your own ads, your friends clicked on your ads, you asked users to click on your own ads, etc.
Stop clicking on your ads. Adsense is well known for kicking out publishers clicking on their ads or those fraudulently generating the clicks. Thank your lucky stars they haven’t booted you out yet
Your problem is lack of traffic – 20 hits a day is nothing. Work to add more content in your site. And market your site every day to increase your readership. Then Adsense income will come
BUT do NOT click on your own ads again, even for testing purposes. It is cheating the advertisers as they are not paying you to test their ads.
