I'm billed for a directory they say I agreed to the phone over, I had 4 different "Online Comp" Bill me
I received a call about a past due bill, I work in a model and engineering. IN, I 'd fax. The bill was an online directory, I'm kind I'm enrolled in this bill is around 500.00 in the last month I received "Suffering" bills of 4 different companies (around 500) I see once maybe do something roped in promising a free 30 days and do not cancel before 30 days, but I know I did not do it 4 times! I request the paperwork to back the bill and they would send a typed letter saying we have spoken with you in 2006 and you have agreed to a directory of two years and we will bill you after the two years. We bill after completion of work, but 2 years are lit. I do not know if this happens to other companies and what I can do about it. I do not know if they call and ask who is the office manager and is simply my name or anything. Perhaps a company with whom I worked sold my info I do not know just really frustrated can you help??
