If a database of Internet business whose sole source of income is Adsense is incorporated in Delaware, is it taxable?
I come Australia and I'm creating a web based business in the United States. The only source of income is adsense and YPN. If I incorporate in Delaware, would it be considered taxable as Google and Yahoo are both in Delaware. I will not technically make any business in Delaware other than integration. Is it better to incorporate outside of Delaware, in this case …. such as Wyoming?
