Well then I just got an email from YouTube saying that one of my videos has become very People and I am eligible for partnership. so there is this link that my video will be submitted for inspection. during the tutorial, I had to do a Google AdSense account? Do I need? when will they let me know if I get my parrtnership youtube?
Sounds like a scam. Contact YouTube directly through a link on their page, and ask them.
