Where can I advertise my site free?
A site for intermediate developers seeking ways to get more hits. I would like to advertising on my site for free. What are the best recourse to the use that could promote the site. I already use Facebook / MySpace / YouTube to promote it. I know that Google AdWords So please do not tell me about it. You obviously do not have your website correctly coded nor have you tried using Google's web tools to develop a plan appropriate site. I bet you do not even have a robots.txt file is installed. Until you get your site code for the semantic Web standards, it is not necessary to submit to search engines you could be penalized. Link back already high ranking sites get you more traffic. I would visit all the sites online Search Engine Optimization and read about how to do it. They also have many great tools of SE line. For me, blogs are sites anyway. Try listing your link to message boards, participate in forums and put the link or banner ad on your blog in your signature, etc.. Ron
