Successful small Internet company: how to pay?
I've been running a small retail business successful online I put in place for about 4 years now and I am more and burned. The result is easy to $ 100k per year, with an enormous amount of room for growth. Requirements: The labor required is 20-40 hours per week manager to handle emails and technical stuff easy, and assistance in preparing items for shipping (2-4 hours / day). The area required is a large room to take inventory and supplies. How do I do? Is there any kind of market for the purchase of this kind of small business? I felt that the amount it would take me to walk this company forever, and it is about $ 500k after taxes, but I doubt that I would find a company willing to pay as much. Should I try to set up an office and hand over the daily operation? It is much easier said than done, but it may be my best option. Usually, I get burned and I can not continue forever. There may Brokers businesses where you live or in the cities near you that sellers and buyers help businesses meet. If you use a CPA for tax or accounting work they know someone who would be interested in buying an ongoing business. Each of these will probably want a commission to put the deal together.
