Victim of scam report .. how to remove the bad publicity on the internet?
I am the marketing director of a company has had excellent results. A person who was very close to us went online and filed a rip off report due personal issues .. when confronted, he was extremely guilty and apologized to him again, but realized he could not do. We wanted to object and he did, but when consulted with the guys reputation internet they said not to do as it shows more about the first page. We had a lot of satisfied customers and not one dissatisfied customer. How can a victim of bad publicity on the Internet about the situation. How can push these negative entries back on the search engines without causing scenes with a lot of rebuttals? Please help as my duty take care of her and I do not know how!
