Need help determining the rates of pay 4 Sales & Marketing of New Product?

The best way to begin such an estimate would be expected your hours and determine your non-wage costs. Estimated employment (hours) is a skill that improves with experience. – List all the tasks you feel necessary to complete the effort. – Go over the list again, looking for work missed. – Break tasks important if you're not convinced, you can esitmate time as well. – Set a time for each element. Be honest with yourself, do not be too optimistic. – Review the list and look for items missing. (Ugh! Again!) – Determine what your confidence level is within your budget. – Experts may mean that you should not add a percentage to an estimate, but many, many people. – Add your hours and multiply by the hourly rate as you wait for your work. – Add the non-labor costs to labor costs. – Take this negotiation. (Some people add a clause in their contracts that exceeded addresses.) When you have completed your project, you can easily look back and see where you made mistakes with your estimates. Be aware that many tasks can not be locked in – they could take 10 hours, they could take 100, depending on the obstacles you face along your path.
