Making Money Through Adsense

Have you made money from Adsense?
Many people use adsense these days, including me. I placed some ads on my blog. I do not think anyone clicks well. I am a freelance writer and most people reading my e blogs are writers. The ads all about writing too. Has anyone here made money through it? Do you think that when I place the ads made a difference. Honestly I do not want so much and how. I do it on my sidebar, right in the middle. So people are sure to scroll to them. What advice would be great.
I made a lot of Money With Google Adsense (let's just say that Uncle Sam is so happy with the amount of taxes we pay). The amount you can earn will depend on the 1. The responsiveness of public ads = A travel website that provides information on the travel Spain will attract visitors looking for ways to organize their travel and money spent on their vacation in Spain. Your website provides information, but the ads will provide hotels, travel agencies, tourist destinations, rental cars – ads that are likely to attract the attention of users your site. This is a site that will most likely do well with Adsense. However, if you're a gambling site where the main purpose of the user is play games on your site, then Adsense will not perform as well. 2. format = Ad certain types of ads are better than others Depending on your content and presentation. In our case, large rectangles in the middle of the content is the best, while the rankings do not generate much that income. Skys are the worst for us. Experiment and measure performance through channels and see which formats work best for you. 3. Ad placement – check Google's heat map as they have tested where the best placements are https: / / www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=17954&ctx=en:search&query=adsense+ heat + map & topic = 0 & type = f 4. Ad colors – sometimes ads blended with the content of wonders, but sometimes ads that contrast site the colors of your best work 5. Number of ad units on a page = we are allowed a maximum of 3 ads + 1 ad links + 1 search box on a page. Maximize the allowed number based on the resulting appearance of your page (you do not want an overkill of ads). Users accessing the and reading your content may ignore the banner or rectangle at the top of the page, but can click on the ad at the bottom of article 6. Smart Pricing – the big unknown in Adsense. Nobody knows how it actually works. But it can affect the price of ads on your site. If the advertiser paid for $ 0.50/click – But your site is smartpriced – then the cost can be reduced lower (eg $ 0.25). Thus, you can try to develop a site based on keywords high paying but if smart pricing is to you, then you can not get as much per click as what you expect of your keywords. Here is the explanation Google's smart pricing https: / / adwords.google.com / support / bin / answer.py? answer = 9562 & query = + smart pricing & topic = 0 & type = f Google's smart pricing feature automatically adjusts the cost of a click on a keyword-targeted content based on its effectiveness compared to a search click. So if we find that a click from a content page is less likely to turn into business opportunity – online sales, registrations, phone calls or subscribe to the newsletter – we reduce the price you pay for that click. Experiment with the factors above (Except smart pricing, you can not control), and see what combination works best. Remember however that all sites do well with Adsense – Even if you are gazillions of traffic but your visitors are not interested in finding ways to spend their money, they will not be interested your ads and not click.
