Is there a good resource available for someone about to buy an existing small business ()???? vet
I'm looking for a resource such as "10 things to know before buying a small business" or things to know on managing a small business, etc. preferably online, on paper, but it would be nice too. Does anyone know where I could find such a resource? Type something like "Owning a small business for dummies"
I have a friend who buys and sells effectively companies for a living – it is a broker and find people to connect. If you wish, contact me off-line, and I will do the introduction.
