Anyone can call a doctor?
Now, one day, with all these e-schools offering doctoral, what it means anyone can call themselves a doctor? Or contact Dr. names? For example, if I graduated from the University Phoenix (or one of those other schools Quacky) with a doctorate, could I now call on Dr. Angela simply by tapping a card? Or is there some requirements to be able to call a doctor? If a university professor has studied for years to get a doctorate and another college teacher received a "doctorate" online, is not that just seem unfair? Thank you! For some reason I thought it there may have guidelines or regulations, but that makes sense is really the place where you obtained the diploma.
