Ever been called by a company named cardholder or services, card services?
I posted a question like about this company before you let them know in advance, I registered for the National Do Not Call registry, and I tried contact the BBB (Better Business Bureau). But in order to file a complaint with them online, you need to know all the information now that I know. My problem is that I have been called repeatedly by the automated system that says press 9 to speak to a representative to lower your interest rate credit cards or press 8 to be removed from the call list. If you press 8, he said he option is invalid and the message starts and more. I spoke with a representative and asked to be removed from the call list several times and I still get calls. The most recent call I had, I asked to speak to a supervisor and the person said they were the supervisor, I told this problem and gave an 800 number to call and be removed from their calling list which proved be false. WHAT CAN I DO?
I'm posting this right after receiving another call from this exact same company! I am so frustrated. Every time I tried to press 9 and my name removed I hung on. Whatever my mood, I get the hook. So today I thought I could play along long enough to get their information. A company name, phone number, some thing! In vain. She asked me if I wanted to lower interest rates, and asked me if I had more than $ 2,500 in credit card debt. I said yes, then the phone is silent. Not a hang up, no waiting, but silent. I would love for someone to provide all possible information on getting this to stop. I get these ridiculous calls for months, and they come twice a week. I was on the call list for a long period – years. I even reregistered to ensure that it has not exhausted or something. Now … This is the principle of the matter. The Hang Ups are annoying. Anyone???? Anyone Learn more about this scam?

I sent $9.95 to Sam Calabro your rep. Once receiving the CD & etc: told him when he rang I wasn’t interested & I was sending the goods back. He deducted another $ 39.95 even though he knew they were being returned. I have nothing? He has $50 of my money? Is this how you do business??? I have sent emails asking for my money back to no avail. Here are his details….he is ruining your name.
