Online Business Tax Return

Help with my tax return please …….?
I have a credit card company to use for business expenses (hotels, food etc..) The payroll has lost a load of revenue and put it in the box C £ 6,536 (checks or cards credit) in my P11d. Obviously, I do not want to pay tax on that subject and I have no idea where to put this number on a statement online revenue. Any ideas? Also, I want to ask for tax relief on the value of £ 3,057.65 mileage (I only get 0.20pa mile). I suppose we enter this figure on the "Business Travel and subsistence expenses box on the return line will sort it out? I am eternally grateful for any help you can give me ….. Without more information, such as seeing your tax Record Office, and your P11D form or whether your employer has exemptions in respect of the employee travel away from home is difficult. I suggest you complete the Tax Return Employment page as follows. Box 1 wages shown on Form P60. Box 2 as shown on the tax P60 Box 4 of the employer reference shape as a form Box 5 P60 Employer's name as a form P60 Box 12 checks, credit cards, mileage surplus as shown P11D Expenses Box 16 data (if you have any) and then claim reimbursement from box 17 of your travel business, stay and expenses in your work. This may be the form P11D that same figure. Box 18 Other expense, the tax relief You want to claim mileage incurred. This would be the difference between the mileage allowance, and what you get paid. Remember, however, you are only allowed tax relief on travel expenses in the use of 40p per mile on the first 10,000 miles and 25p a mile thereafter.
