What is the average salary in phillipines?

I need to know roughly what the average wage is the Phillpines. I someone interested in working for me part time for my marketing company. It will just help out with some of my stuff online, the basic things really … What would be a fair salary? it is part time so I expect to pay an hourly rate or an employment rate peraps … but if I could know what is the average hourly rate is there and even what is the average monthly salary for an assistant arketing? would be of great help .. thanks

There is no average wage in the Philippines … and there really is no hourly wage … according to the island on your own, decides what which is the salary. In Manila (Luzon) you will pay more, sometimes much more ….. From the sound of what you ask, you want to pay in one of three ways …. 1. By day: 300-500 pesos per day (a problem with this is that the day turns into work 1 2 or 3 days) 2. By mail: (Filipinos do not like being paid to the task, it means they have to work faster to do the job for the money) .. You might find yourself with a 3 poor job. Monthly Salary: (problem with whom they work more slowly because they know they will find the money any way …. You keep on thinking they can be formed out of it and the more you make the most of your business suffers (but they still get paid). What do you think would be interested in my day by day …. to pay so much per day, she can do what you really need her to do, then "call a wizard" and find other things for her to do to fill the day …..,
