Starting My Own Business interior design in Ontario?
I recently moved to a small-ish with my husband to be closer to family. I already hurt my administrative job in a local company and am looking to branch out. My sister and I are both very fair when it comes to interior design and we would like to take this. There is another prominent furniture store City whose work is terrible, we feel confident our position on the market. I began a course of study online, Managing Your Own Business "where I will learn what steps to take to build my business and how to market, etc., through ICS Canada. If somebody has advice / tips on creating an interior decorating company, please share! All information are welcome and appreciated.
One thing a lot of things you can do to get off to a good start. A website is a must, but you need to know how your Customers searching for you on the internet first (which keywords). And what type of website for (never flash rankings of search engines). You can get a good site with good SEO (Search Engine Optimization) for about $ 500 + depending on your budget and how much is your budget. Some even place $ 150 + more for the SEO continued to dominate the search engine terms. The video is also an excellent way to promote your business and search engines love them. I give a discount or something for a video testimonial from your customers. Twitter is also a great place to get a good set-aside and promote your business. It enough to promote your business. Make sure you have good content and buzz. Facebook and MySpace are also a must. Branding is a must! Get a logo and use of local listings such as Google and Yahoo local local. It's a start.
