Why am I, nor be charged more than Dial_up AT & T DSL AT_T costs?
Well … After more than a decade, using this service, which has changed hands several times, it seems that I am forced to changeproviders. Until AT & T became the supplier of service, I mostly been completely satisfied with my service. Today, I was responsible a higher price for your dial up service to DSL customers are charged. I understand that Qwest has a corner on the DSL market in Utah, I certainly do not feel it is my responsibilty to support your inability to provide your customers DSL Utah. I will do everything to inform everyone that I know (and believe me after more than a decade online I know that many people!) to abandon or not subscribe to either dial-up your or your DSL service. I But am open to listening to any reasonable explanation for what appears to be crooked billing practices and look forward to hearing form Before you begin to share my experience with your services. Run, do not walk away from TA & T. There is no reasonable explanation for their billing practices. I worked for AT & T for almost ten years and has been happy to leave. They are a corrupt society, who will do anything to get your money.
