Corporate Administrative Assistant Group Interview?
I applied for an Administrative Assistant job online for a world wide known SkinCare/Cosmetic Line. I just got a call back and they are doing a group interview next week. What should I expect? What are they going to do/ask? How do I prepare myself?
I’m more afraid of the questions they are going to ask. I do well in interviews and I am a very presentable and confident person. Should i prepare myself for marketing questions? or more admin assistant questions?
It sounds more like a multilevel job and that you are really going to be offered a sales position (commission only). Or it may be that you will be supporting a large group and they want to insure that you can handle the pressure of all the requests at once. I hope it is the latter.
