Will I receive 1099 as payment if I put on hold?
I have a question to 1099 form. I'm forming an LLC. I some revenue from advertising on the Internet (for example google adsense) now registered under my SSN. At the moment I put the payment on hold So I have received nothing from these advertisers. Will I still receive 1099 forms from these gains / income not received? Well, I tried to contact with business, and it's endless waiting … That's why I'm asking here instead. Thank you! Thank you for the reply. The 1099 is only when they cut you a check. As they do not then you should be ok. If your LLC is already configured, the fastest way to get an ID of the Fed is to call the IRS at 1-800-829-4933
